i made the bombest dinner ever for me and my dad.
salmon filets
brown rice
rolls
salad
smoothie
and it was fucking delicious.
Why am I so persistent on beating myself up about...
I RAN TWO MILES.
OKAY WELL I WALKED 1.5 MILES AND RAN THE OTHER .5 BUT THATS OKAY RIGHT.
AWE YEEE.
DIET DAY 1:
so far so good. i almost gave in to chinese food.
BUT I’M BACK.
SATAN HIMSELF CANNOT TEMPT ME.

tanner knew i obviously need help with my diet, so...
which means:
no soda
no fast food (unless it’s healthy & i absolutely need it)
no ice cream (froyo is okay twice a week MAX)
bike riding once a week
going to the park to run/play soccer once a week
no more just hanging out at home doing nothing—we have to be active
AYCE sushi only once every two weeks
all until prom. ;-; can you hear my cries.
